FUCK Procrastination!

You get sources, write one day, stop the next, write the next next day and so on.. until YOU'VE GOT IT!

Jan. 11, 2009 | 4:13 PM JohnnyWang responds:

Eh, I usually write essays a day or two before deadline. If i have to cite a book, I usually at least skim it for a few days beforehand, and find some good paragraph to cite.

Everything else can be looked up while writing.

I did the same thing, except I replaced step 5 with "drop out".

We didn't have essays in highschool. Seeing we learn just about as well, lol.

It's easy enough to blag your way through most essays with at least a B anyway.

I hate essays. The only ones I can even remotely write are science ones, since you're not messing about with opinions or anything, you're just going "THIS HAPPENED AND IS EXPLAINED BY THEORIES X, Y AND Z AND EQUATIONS A, B AND C" but even then I'd rather just sit an exam.

My most recent and most proud moment was composing the entirety of a 10 page paper the morning and early afternoon leading up to the class block it was due.

In High School, achievements in procrastination included: a monthslong 100+ page Constitution Notebook I did in ONE single day the weekend before it was due and recieved the highest grade in the class; and writing a term paper for my freshman History teacher (bless him, RIP) sourced entirely from Age of Empires II's 'learn about medieval times' documents.

I lived the Wang Way throughout grade school, right on past high school and into college. It worked, too.
